Payment Payment shall reach the Moscow-Hotel.ru account no later than 24 hours before the Check In time (12:00 AM) on the arrival day. In rare cases, on the client's request, it is possible to check into the hotel on the day the reservation is made. In such cases a Moscow-Hotel.ru operator in agreement with the client determines payment terms. The client who reserves a room through Moscow-Hotel.ru accepts the Reservation Conditions and warrants that he(she) will pay any cancellation penalties stipulated when making a reservation. Payment in cash to Moscow-Hotel.ru representative. In case when you are making a reservation in Moscow, you are able to pay in cash to company’s representative. After receiving a reservtion request from you, Moscow-Hotel.ru operator will contact you in order to make a preliminary confirmation of your booking, and to arrange a meeting with Moscow-Hotel.ru representative. Payment in cash or by credit card in Moscow-Hotel.ru office. Payment can be made by credit card or in cash, in our office. Payment by credit card with an authorization letter. When you have received a preliminary confirmation of your booking, Moscow-Hotel.ru operator will fax or email a copy of authorization letter. All details should be filled in, and sent back to Moscow-Hotel.ru office. Final confirmation of your booking will be sent to you after successful credit card authorization. Payment by bank transfer. When you have received a preliminary confirmation of your booking, Moscow-Hotel.ru operator will fax or email a copy of receipt. You will receive a final reservation confirmation as soon as Moscow-hotel.ru office receives a copy of the receipt with bank stamp on it, or as soon as the money is transfered to Moscow-Hotel.ru bank account.
